A KM Soldbuch of Matrosenobergefreither Herman Flipp 1./Artillerie-Regiment 246.The book is accompanied with a uniform photo dating from 29/4/1942 plus a postcard sized photo.He was decorated twice with the wound badge in black and the coastal artillery badge plus he was awarded the Fuhrergeschenk . He started his service with in the Crimea involved in the fighting at Sevastopol later transferring to the Western front in defence of Germany, he was wounded three times all by shrapnel and finally surrendered to US troops in April 1945. The book is accompanied with full history and translation in English.
