A 1914/15 star belonging to private 17586 private Albert Barber of the 9th Battalion Suffolk regiment complete with original ribbon. He enlisted on the 6/1/15 and entered France 30/8/15, fought at the Battle of Loos 26/8/15 which was a VC action for his battalion .He also fought at the battle of Flers on the Somme in 1916. He was wounded and discharged 7/10/1916 The medal comes with his MIC & SWB roll .
