A soviet flag of the district commanders of the border guard force of the state Security Ministry of the USSR. This flag dates from 1950 to 1964 and is in good condition. An increasingly hard to find flag. This was a souvenir from the late 1980s acquired by British soldier on deployment in Berlin when the wall came down. The flag measures 135 x 85 cm.
